SUBSCRIBING AND MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT
Q: How can I subscribe to Buddhadharma: The Practitioner's Quarterly?

In the U.S., please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first issue. Buddhadharma publishes on a quarterly cycle (every 3 months).
Q: Is it safe to subscribe, renew, pay my bill and change my address online?
A: Yes. Our magazines use industry-standard security procedures to protect the information you sent us using our website or response forms. These procedures are intended to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we collect from you. Please click here to read more about our privacy and security policy.
Q: When will I receive my first issue?
A: Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first issue of either magazine. Note that Buddhadharma publishes quarterly (every 3 months).

Q: Why do I continue to receive bills after I have paid for my subscription?
A: Occasionally your payment and our invoice cross in the mail. If you continue to receive bills more than 6 weeks after you had sent your payment, please let us know so that we can credit your account properly. If you ordered through a third party agency, please check with them to make sure that your order was received and processed.
Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: Please call, email, or return your invoice to us marked "cancel." We will process your request immediately so that you receive no further bills from us. Occasionally your request and our invoice may cross in the mail. If you continue to receive invoice more than 6 weeks after you requested to cancel your subscription, please let us know so that we can insure that your account has been adjusted.
Q: Will I be refunded if I cancel my subscription?
A: We will issue a refund for all remaining copies that haven't been mailed at the time of your cancellation.
ADDRESS CHANGE, OR REPORTING MISSING/DAMAGED ISSUES
Q: How can I change my mailing address for Buddhadharma?
A: Click here to change your mailing address online using our secure address change form using your zip code along with your INET number or your customer number at least 6 weeks before you need the change to take effect. We cannot be responsible for issues which the post office does not forward.
Q: What if my issue arrives late?
A: If you have seen Buddhadharma on the newsstand and have not yet received your copy, it's probably on its way to you. If you do not receive your issue within a few weeks, please log into your account through our Subscriber Services link, where you can review your subscription status and verify your address. If the problem remains, please email us.
Q: What if I have missed an issue?
A: We may have an incorrect address on file or we may have not received your renewal or bill payment. You may also check your subscription status on-line by going to Subscriber Services and using your zip code along with your INET or Customer. Also you may call or email us.

Q: How can I order back issues and other products from the Shambhala Sun Foundation?
